It hasn't arrived 4 weeks after purchasing the item, so when I inquired about it, I was told that the item would arrive within a week.
However, two months have passed and the product has not arrived yet, and the exchange of emails has been refused. I said that if the item did not arrive, I would send a replacement item, but neither the item nor the replacement item arrived. No refund will be given. I couldn't even access the site, and I was scammed out of a lot of money.
I just want a refund. Otherwise it's a scam.
