In December you offered buy a print and get a free 11x14 Print in February--Just pay shipping. I looked and shipping was 9.99 so that sounded like a great deal. I came to order it and the shipping was 17.99 with the free one, but if I bought one without the free offer, the shipping was 9.99. Same size picture, same purchase date. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU. I had been a good customer of yours for years--so sad!
