I love the products. They make a difference. I have had difficulty understanding the ordering system. I am on a monthly standard order and it's not a very intuitive system to change. Also, what I find really difficult, is that supply is not consistent. That I can accept but not being notified in advance, when I have placed a regular order, needs to change. I rely on probiotics for a series of valid reasons. To find I am not getting a supply at short notice is not what I need. I placed a regular order, imagining it would give you a base line for production needs and my order would be protected against ad hoc sales. Now that may or may not be the case, but if you get a supply shortage, a message should go out asap to all booked orders. That would be a real service.
