Service was prompt. Bit disappointed with the product, coat is cotton lined , but this does not include the sleeves so arms get all sweaty. I previously purchased a tunic from weird fish and online it said it was 100% cotton but it is actually polyester. The reason I purchase cotton products is because polyester exacerbates my hyperhydrosis so bit annoyed and won't shop here again
