Hi guys, well tbh, I was hoping for great things from my first-ever order with WF, I'd ordered the Barrow, organic cotton classic jeans, in indigo, but alas, although I'd been told the item was dispatched and on its way, with a tracking number, 10 days later they hadn't arrived, so I contacted WF only to be told they had been lost or misplaced within the courier network? (Royal Mail)
Yes, I was given a refund for this item, but I'd spent 10 day's patience waiting for the jeans I needed urgently. Therefore, my experience isn't a good one, to say the least, yes I know these things can happen, but I wasn't even offered anything as a goodwill gesture etc.
Yes, I'll probably look for something else from WF in the coming weeks but how will I have faith that it would arrive?
