I cannot write a thorough review of your services as I have not actually received my order despite ordering back in January.
Now being March? I’m disappointed that I still have not received my parcel and despite contacting you several times, of late I have not received any response either.
What happens in this situation - A refund? Express post? An apology?
If you could let me know that would be great.
