I have ordered from you a few times in the past and it’s always been great, this time however I ordered and was later told (after you had already taken the money from my account) that the flooring was out of stock. I understand these things happen but you are still showing the flooring as available for pre Christmas delivery on site. Very disappointing, ended up buying from elsewhere for a little more but as least they delivered on the date promised.
