The quality of the canvas is great. Service has been so poor, ordered the canvas and didn't come for 9 days. Thought I would call to see whats going on and turns out it wasn't even shipped out, so if I hadn't called up wouldn't have received my canvas in time for Christmas. I understand mistakes happen, so i'm sure that I was on the receiving end of that mistake. Just frustrating when its a christmas present.
