5 star service company! Generator arrived after 2 days at promised. Was kept informed all the way.
I like to keep a spare spark plug but specification wasn't listed in the manual. Emailed in to ask and got a reply within 20 minutes with correct information. That's rapid, genpower used to take 48hrs for a reply to any questions.
Can only highly recommend their approach to customer service and their products.
