Length was great, avoiding worst of the traffic was a great end to the day, but could always move the start time a little earlier to compensate this many attendees arrived earlier to avoid being late with traffic issues. And finally of course the purpose of the session is to get us onboard, but to do this and be able to 'sell' to customers we need active case studies and first hand experience etc. So some kind of incentive for testing/PoC trial of the tool should be offered. (Even if only restricted to those that complete the course/badge, this would still be of great use for Microsoft having qualified test users with real hands on experience of the tool. Getting permission to use the tool within the business before we can sell it to customers will be difficult without such an offer to utilise, which seems like an oversight of launch by Microsoft.
