Please understand us Customers dont understand how your Company works and you need to explain in plain easy to understand terms so EVERYONE knows whats going on and how the process works especially with Payments.
Containers are good but the ground at the site where mine is has a rough surface with rubble etc and gets quite boggy when wet!
I phoned to tell about the gate being stuck open but would have thought you would have known about it through the Camera Security System!?
