I found a Neff extractor hood at Ruislip Appliances - but it wasn't in stock - and I needed it quickly. They pointed me to an identical product but under Bosch name, which they had but was box damaged. I was able to collect it the next day, examine it and saved nearly £40 to boot. They couldn't have been more helpful, straightforward and honest. Would definitely use them again.
