With the economy and interest rates as they are, my mother needed to sell her house quickly. I made several Google searches and other companies were offering quick sales but were taking months and months. Adam was true to his word and the sale was made on the date that was specified and monies were transferred to the lawyers acting on our behalf and into our account within hours including paying off the existing mortgage. Adam was fantastic to talk to and kept me informed as to the progress/status. They arranged a courier to move paperwork to the lawyers which helped with the fast pace of the sale (compared to using Royal Mail's special delivery)!
