When I first went with PAC a year or so ago, I was highly impressed. They dealt with the swap-overs for me and did everything. However, the last three times I have bought domains and wanted to upload the sites, I have run into trouble. The account details are different, and something has to be done at their end to facilitate the upload. ALL THREE times it didn't work, and I cannot get the assistants to grasp a very simple problem. Each time they come back with gobbledygook which is bizarre. If I understood it then I wouldn't be having the trouble - I would be able to resolve it myself. They forget (every time!!!) that they deal with this protocol stuff, we don't. It's incredibly annoying being bombarded with 'what you must do is...' and then reading something that could have come out of a Chinese tech book on quantum mechanics. If this continues, then I will have to leave, as they have lost touch. Added to that, they used to have a Chat service which has disappeared. We all know Chat services are incredibly slow and poor, but theirs was very good...was. I reviewed my latest experience with them, but they never even replied. Somewhere, as they perhaps have got bigger, they have lost it.
