Doesn’t even deserve 1 star
I called them for an installation, which according to the website not only is feasible but I could have booked for Monday. The person who took my call said that installation is only available for appliance bought from them and when I tried to explain my situation he just hang up! I really felt hopeless and this behaviour was very rude. I have been 1 week without fridge and I am a vulnerable customer with medical needs.
