Bought some ethernet equipment and items from Netstoredirect and it was all shipped quickly and packed well. Simple stuff, but where the great rating comes from is the customer service. I noticed about a month later that just two of my items were slightly different to what I ordered (I ordered 4 so upon glancing at the order it looked okay. Anyway I emailed the customer service mailbox with a photo to show what had happened and why I discovered it so late and within an hour they had already sent out my missing items. A day later I had received them and I have never experienced such quick and great customer service for a long time. It didn't need a long explanation, or going back and forth and they understood me from email one. I will definitely be recommending them to others looking for networking items just based on that as it was pain free and I will definitely order more in the future.
