Everything seemed great at first, ordered the bike and in the creation process they didn't have the wheels that I ordered. They reached out and offered a free backpack if I was willing to substitute the wheels, no problem.
However, bike arrived minus the free backpack. Plus the rear wheel they sent is way off true and I had to loosen the brakes significantly to prevent it rubbing.
Reached out to customer service for the lack of backpack and the wheel and they've ghosted me.
