My order was placed on Wednesday 10th April at 15:21 - before your 4pm same day despatch time. According to your website, I should have received my labels on Thursday. I didn't. FedEx tried to deliver them on Friday when I was out.
If you are unable to despatch an order in the time that you have put on your website - tell the customer.
Also if you had told me the tracking details, then I would have been able to ensure that I was able to receive the delivery.
Website needs improvement to be able to search for product by your product code too.
Labels are good.
