I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY. I have sent or received 5 packages through them over the past month/few weeks and 3 of them have not been delivered within the "24-hour guaranteed" period. As a result of the delay, the most recent one was spoiled. I hadn't complained about the others. I claimed their stated £25 compensation plus the cost of the service (£7.43) and was compensated a miserly and insulting 74 pence. Yes, that's right - seventy four pence for a total loss. They claim that it wasn't covered and sent me their exclusions list but my item is not on there. They're just trying to avoid their responsibility and all I can do is try to warn others against them. Be warned, they do not keep their promises.
