Great service. Rachel was fantastic from the start, answering every question I had so promptly and ensuring the specific items called out were included in the survey report. They dealt with the estate agent quickly to book in the appointment and the report was produced exactly when promised. The report was so detailed and thorough it supported our decision to retract our offer due to unseen issues we would not have noticed and been stung with heavy costs had we continued with sale.
