Support is always prompt, expert and effective. Even small issues, not necessarily Freethought's responsibility, are handled or advised on.
I have placed several sites with Freethought, one (a Camera Club) was hacked over Christmas a few years ago and the support from Edward was just remarkable. Edward helped greatly over the holiday period and got us up and running - and free from the hackers.
