I first visited UK in 2018 and was not sure with the accomodation and facilities. Robert visited me the next day, showed me around London and helped me to get what I wanted in my accomodation so that I felt closer to home. All my bookings ever since are done by Robert and Polly and they are always responsive for anything I may need and that goes beyond the accomodation requirements. It's very hard to find people who geninuenly want to help the customer and I am glad I have one! Top class.
