Fantastic service from Robert (and Polly). Extremely helpful and found us a perfect apartment at very short notice (plus a dog). Robert communicated very promptly with me throughout all parts of the process and followed up afterwards to see that everything was OK. Would very highly recommend, and will definitely use them again if we need an apartment in London.
