Scam company with scam policies, avoid, avoid, avoid.
Broke down on motorway -1 degrees outside, electrics failed.
Managed to get off with police assistance. Contacted the company, took 6 minutes to answer. They asked the first fault I noticed and I advised it was that the heaters had stopped working and the windows were freezing up. I then advised vehicle now wouldn’t start. They refused to come out as the original fault was a faulty heater and the vehicle was still operational at that point. Absolute shisters, use a reputable company
