Bought 6 pairs of socks in June/July, 4 pairs in white and 2 in grey. The heels of all of the white pairs of socks have completely worn through already. After contacting the company I was told this was first heard and offered a single pair of socks as good will. I replied to make sure it was clear that all of the white socks have completely worn through and that there must be a manufacturing fault as the grey ones are fine. I’ve now been offered two pairs of socks as a good will gesture but I feel not enough has been done given how within less than 2 months my socks have completely worn through.
