I have had my mobility scooter from easy pay for just over 2 weeks, great to have my independence back again able to go out whenever I want to without relying on others to take me. Easypay were in most respects excellent, only criticism is that they seeem to have an internal communication problem, when the order was taken I was quoted 5 to 6 days delivery but on talking to the delivery people they told me that due to demand it would be at least 10 working days (which is was). surely this should have been passed on to the staff who took my order. This aside the service and advice given was really good, therefore not worth reducing my rating. Good work Easypay and thanks for everything.
