I received a prompt call back after placing an online order from a team member who took down the details of the job. On the day of collection I received a text message to say the crew were on their way about 30 mins before two gentlemen arrived and loaded everything into the van. Everyone from Dunmow group was friendly and chatty and the automation of online booking, confirmation emails and texts made the process easy and user friendly. I would use them again and recommend them.
