Absolutely stellar. Packaging was extra safe, all done with compostable material. I wrote to ask a question about a particular product and the reply was not only quick, but had all the information I needed. I make at least 95% of my purchases online, and I have to say, this is a very rare thing. The product itself (chicken fat) was everything I needed and more. Not only is it organic, it is free from salt, very clear and with a lovely texture. It smells so great, that my usually shy cats couldn't keep away for a second as soon as I opened the jar.
