I am very disappointed in the service I received. The guy I dealt with was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. He first drove to my street and called me to tell me he cannot get parked and suggested I do something about and he would try again the next day, to which I told him I would find someone else. He then turned up at my address an hour later with another colleague to carry out the work. Upon arrival he made me very uncomfortable and had a very misogynist approach making me feel belittled. I will NOT be using this company again nor would I recommend them to friends and family.
