End product excellent, delivery very prompt and price - excellent value. The publishing software when you get used to it works very well but if you're used to a page design package you may find some options are a bit limited. The main website is very clunky and it takes time to find your way around it - especially important when you are saving your project. I thought I saved mine only to find that I hadn't, and had to start again. Overall though, my book worked very well. It was a present and the receiver was delighted with it. I've used Bob before, and will again!
