I thought overall the service was good although the carpet cleaner I hired could also be used for upholstery cleaning but unfortunately the attachment provided with the machine was not functional it needed a spray attachment to be fitted which I managed to Rob from the carpet cleaning attachment to make it work! My dissatisfaction was that this was not checked before the machine was hired to me. This was acknowledged when I returned the machine but no compensation even verbal was given or acknowledged which disappointed me.
