“Lovely flavour. Way too much mix for my 1lb loaf tin though - I used the 2lb one & it baked perfectly. Not much rise, a ‘flatter’ loaf than you’d buy in a shop but I’ve found that’s generally the case with oat based breads anyway. As I can’t eat the usual wheat stuff it’s not an issue! It certainly didn’t affect the taste of this bread - delicious!”

“Since I first tasted Wyldsson Muesli I knew it would be my muesli for life...lockdown encouraged me to try baking their bread. Dave was very helpful in locating the mould and it literally took five minutes before I was popping the loaf into the oven. SO delighted with the result! I immediately bought 10 more packs and know I will never be going back to shop bread!”
