“The Hazelnut & Cocoa spread had finally cured my cravings whilst not effecting my diet. It is perfect on protein pancakes and delicious when spread on rice cakes! I cannot wait to order my next pot! Highly recommend for those who love Nutella but are sticking to a healthy eating regime :)”

“I liked the spread although it would not convince me that it was a Nutella type of spread. It was much more in line with peanut butter. The name leads you to believe that it is hazelnut based but there are more cashew nuts in it. I think if sold as a peanut butter substitute it would make more sense and would def be difficult to distinguish between.”

Hey Laura! It is certainly more of a nut butter rather than Nutella, which is basically just a sweet margarine - 78% palm oil and sugar. We use cashews because they provide a great natural sweetness (rather than sugar), and we actually use 77% more hazelnuts than Nutella. Sorry for any confusion!

“I was disappointed with it.. i was hoping to be wowed by the hazelnut flavor but it lacked it very much so.. I have made hazelnut better at home and it had that chocolately hazelnut zing coming from it.. so i wont be ordering it again the overnite oats were lovely”

Hey Marguerite! Sorry that it wasn't for you. Our goal here was to create an alternative to Nutella which has only a subtle hazelnut flavour. That said our version actually has a much stronger hazelnut taste than Nutella, with 23% hazelnuts as opposed to 13% for Nutella. But if it's more of a strong hazelnut flavour you're after rather than a sweeter Nutella vibe, this wouldn't be for you. Maybe we should launch a pure Hazelnut butter?! We'll certainly look at it. Sorry you were disappointed, but great that you like the overnight oats!!! Dave
