“These refills are ideal for on the go snacking. You know the nutrition and with a good protein content you know it will meet your hunger needs. I am often between classes and clients and my tubes of nuts seeds etc tide me over when I am unable to stop for a more traditional meal. They are good value. So glad I saw them at the Free rom exhibition. Have been recommending to my class participants and clients too.”

“A nice tasty mix which is great for having in your handbag or gym bag for a quick snack if you are caught on the go. You know it is great quality because you couldn't physically eat too much of it! Other products are quite sugary and arent as wholesome!”

“Tried this at the FreeFrom Show in London Olympia, and was hooked. I eat lots of Greek yogurt and this makes for the perfect topping. The dosing tube is also a very handy tool and helps me not to overindulge. Mix and flavour are just right, filling, not too sweet and crunchy in the right way. My only issue? I wish it was a little cheaper, but I am prepared to pay for the quality.”
