“I do believe that these whole Chia Seeds contain the stated eight amino acids. They are black, tasteless and tiny. To me the colour is not important, being tasteless is good as they will 'fit in' with almost anything else, but I'm not enamoured of the tiny size. I learned not to shake from the container straight onto my cereal as they 'fly out like shot'! Use a measure or indeed a spoon would do nicely. Value for money is debatable as I feel that they are on the higher end of pricing, but perhaps may prove their worth long-term.”
