“I'm going use this space not to describe the goods but to describe the service. I ordered these lights as a Plan B to upgrade the masthead lights. As it happened Plan A (replace the old bulbs) worked fine so these lights were surplus to requirements. Force 4 were at all times **excellent" about arranging my refund even though a made a complete mess of al the returns paperwork. I appreciate that sort of service. As to the lights themselves they looked OK and no doubt will do a good job for someone else but I could not help thinking that at least one of the fixing holes in each base unit was very awkwardly placed and likely to be difficult to access (it's tucked in right underneath one of the electrical contacts.)”
