“This company has outstanding customer service (special shout-out to Elizabeth Sewell.) I ordered an IBC, which was due to be next-day delivery (I had paid the extra amount for this to happen), however, the IBC did not turn up as expected. A quick email to the customer services team ended with an extremely swift response, an investigation into what had happened, and a full refund of the delivery fee, along with a promise and confirmation the item would be delivered the very next day. When the delivery driver arrived he was extremely accommodating and offloaded my IBC across a road and down a dirt track to the field by hand, as the lorry was too big to get down the lane to the site. This was extremely helpful for me, as there was no other way I could have gotten the item to my horse's field. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future without any hesitation. Well done Direct Water Tanks!!!!”
