I can see that an email with all the tracking details was sent out to you the day before the order was delivered. However, I can also see that you provided an additional request to the delivery company (we outsource this service) to call you, which unfortunately they must have missed. We do try our best to honour these requests wherever possible by ensuring that they are passed to the delivery company but as the delivery service is provided by a third party unfortunately cannot guarantee this. We will share your feedback with them in an attempt to improve our delivery service going forward.
