“The light arrived with damage, ok these things happen, just disappointing. Just felt the lack of communication regarding the replacement could have been alot better, seemed I was doing all the chasing to rectify the problem. So 1 star knocked off for the damage and another for the lack of communication.”

Hi Jane, On this occasion the supplier (Dar Lighting) dispatched your replacement and from what we can see they attempted to deliver twice and you were not home, they left a card both times. Once an item is sent by a supplier and they card you we don't have access to the suppliers tracking info (this is provided on the card they post through your door for you to reschedule with them directly so we wouldn't be aware if a replacement was unsuccessful delivered unless we were made aware of this by yourself or the supplier). I have spoken with Customer Services and they advise you were updated that a replacement was arranged when you progressed this with us. Cp Lighting & Interiors Marketing Team.
