I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!

“This will only beep when it reaches a set temperature from a lower temperature and not above, if you are e.g. cooling water for coffee to 90 degrees or water for green tea to 80. Its a bit of a silly design IMHO. I pointed this out to Coffee Hit asking if I could get one that would support both heating and cooling to temperatures, they said they contacted Rhino to find out and I haven't heard anything since.”

“cannot be calibrated as it is digital and is, by comparison with 2 other thermometers reading about 5 degrees C when it should be 0”
