“The hotel was lovely, fantastic staff especially reception , big shout out to "Lavish" who was so helpful, and breakfast was plentiful and good. Transfers were on time and only complaint I would have was organisatikn from travel makers who I constantly had to keep chasing for tickets, and confirmationsbof hotels which they tried to change 3 times as well as charge me £118.00 extea for direct flights which I now beleive were unnecessary aftet checking with ryanair so I will be following this up. It would have been a great deal if only didnt have to pay this extra amount especially as it was for my daughters birthday”

“An absolute nightmare at every step. First, the codes didn't work on the website. Then the holiday company did a "bait and switch", trying everything they could to make me buy a different holiday. When I said no to all their other (more expensive) alternatives and said I just want they one I ordered, they said "Oh they are shut for today" and hung up. I called back several times (7 times over 5 days!) and either got no answer, or told they would "call back in 30 minutes", which never happened. Finally they said they would book the holiday that I had paid Wowcher for, but... I would have to pay an extra £50 per person "due to the airline". In the end, I paid £50 on top of the Wowcher price, got a different hotel, and no longer have breakfast included! Also I no longer have the "Minimum of 60 hours in your destination for any three-night break." as stated on Wowcher. SCAM!!!”
