“I ordered this on 26 September, the original delivery date said 30 September. When this date passed with no delivery I then emailed the contact details provided for the company it was coming from. I didn’t receive a response but my estimated delivery date then changed to 14 October, again I contacted the relevant email address and didn’t receive a response. It is now almost a month since I ordered and I have still not received my item or any correspondence from the company.”
