“Used my Wowcher for a visit to Frankie & Bennys on 13/09/25 in Victoria square Belfast. It was a Saturday afternoon so the place was very busy but the staff were attentive friendly and helpful and explained what was available on the menu using my Wowcher . The food was excellent, fresh and hot and delicious I will definitely return in the future”

“The signature burger menu was not available so we ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Within 4 minutes are order arrived. The burgers were precooked steaket burger’s and the fries were lukewarm . At no point did the sever come near us to ask if everything was okay. The restaurant was also full of fruit flies that also put us off the precooked food. Even when we when to pay I was still not asked if everything was satisfactory. We had a very disappointing visit with poor food and service. We will not be returning, not worth the money we paid.”

“Had a really great burger at Frankie's and Benny's at the Meridian in leicester. Went with my husband and son. Staff couldn't be more helpful. My son has a nut allergy and the manager went out for his way to make sure my son had something safe to eat.”
