“There was only 2 bars with sectioned off waiting ques which meant it was like waiting for a theme park ride ridiculously long. Even at London Carnival there is just people free to approach and it goes well and everybody gets served much quicker. The drinks were watered down or barely available. Very disappointing. Yes it wad crowded good music but that ridiculously gated off ques does not work it just leaves people exposed in the heat doe ages rather than civil access to Bars and food.”

“Food was amazing, band was excellent! However, vendors couldn’t sell drinks on a 30degree day and there was no shaded area. There were only 3 bars and a slushie vendor, meaning we had to queue 45mins for water which is beyond inhumane. We had brought our own water and drinks but had the intention of buying more there. If we had better access to water and some shade, this would have been a great day. We left early for this reason.”

“Absolutely brilliant event. Great stalls - from main meals to cane juice to cookies. Really lovely atmosphere. Fantastic music. A nice safe time for the entire family.”

“The food was delicious. The music not so great unless you were close to stage you could hear it properly to appreciate it. Rum punch good but at bar at a Caribbean festival with only one choice of rum very poor. Apart from that we had a good day but won’t be rushing back.”
