“I never got the chairs because they said they were delivering it on Monday just gone but I was asleep until 2 30pm on Sunday and no one pressed the intercom or knocked on my door inside the building there is a photo of it sitting next to the main entrance to the building which has 16 separate flats and when I woke up I checked my emails like I always do and apparently they delivered it in the morning but I went straight out to the main entrance and there was nothing there so I asked all my neighbours and none of them saw it so anyone could of just taken them and I'm refusing to pay for something I never got!!! I will get in touch with the merchant and see what they say because I have sent them emails to tell them about it and their completely ignoring the emails and messages. So I'm not paying for something I never got. I will try and get hold of the merchant again tomorrow because I'm in trouble with CLEARPAY because they want there payment and I don't blame them but why wasn't I told that they were delivering it on Sunday??? And my bedroom is next to my own front door and no one pressed the intercom or knocked on my door there is a photo of the said box but I never got it and I've been trying to contact you and the merchant but neither of you are responding. So I will try to contact the merchant again tomorrow. I'm not paying for something I didn't get and the merchant owes me some money that I put towards it. I don't want a replacement because it'll probably happen again so I want what I paid for please let me know if you can sort this out”

“Exactly what I wanted. Very sturdy and easy to use. The cup/book holder is OK, don't really use it. Definitely value for money.”

“These chairs looked good in the advert ! However once opened and tried are not that comfortable or easy to use in a holding position.. Hard to keep in a reclined position as the locking screws are not very good .. Also the armrests look comfy but are Hard plastic ! . Also.had to pay £14.99 postage and booked my day ..They arrived 3 days early and we was lucky that someone was in.. So not very impressed.”
