“Great day, stayed sunny throughout. Pleased with the new themed areas since the new administration took over. Please, continue expanding on the themed experiance. Reopening the Pirate adventure ride would complete the Adventure Cove area. Perhaps add a Dino-based ride on the area between the Dino trail and the pirate ride. Please could you bring back use of park map leaflets. For me they were a great souvinir. Many theme parks are discarding them and going paperless perhaps as an environmental initiative. However if a small charge is levied only patrons whom wish to keep the maps will be willing to pay. Thank you”

“I would have given 5 stars if I wasn't conned by Wowcher out of an extra £1.99 for early access to tickets that were only available to be used on Sunday 8th June! They would not release voucher codes until 3pm on the day we were due to go to Drayton manor when obviously we needed the vouchers from 9am! Very poor customer service no one responds or responds in a rude manner!”

Voucher Early Access is a £1.99 payment used to access your voucher immediately after purchasing. Usually, vouchers are not available for 24 hours after purchasing.
