“Not great as voucher does not print the correct information.Drove to nearly Norwich as address stated and was told by staff we should have been at their sister zoo in Lowestoft.Really dissapointing outings with the kids as there was no drive through at the one we were at.”

“It was schoolHolidays, fairly busy- and not all facilities were open. We had to walk back to the main centre to get something to eat. One good thing- the food was reasonably priced.”

“The place itself was hood buf the voucher had the wrong address on it 2hich added an hour onto our journey which was rather a pain!”

“Excellent day out. Both the park and the animals are very well cared for. There were plenty of staff and there is more than enough to keep the children entertained for the whole day.”
