“We have been to many theme parks aimed at younger children (Paultons,Twinlakes,Gullivers) but found that Thomas land was just too overcrowded to be able to enjoy the day. The wait times on rides, queues for everything were just too long with younger children. Some of these queues could have been avoided / shortened by better organisation. Also,on several occasions when at the front of the queue, we found that someone with a disability was able to board the ride first. We are fully understanding of why but for 9 members of their family to be let on with them seems a little over the top.”

“Chose a sunny but very cold day to visit in half term. It was mega busy with long queues for the rides. We enjoyed the zoo the most in particular the Umbrella Cockatoo who was hilarious and had us crying with laughter . Good choice of food and drinks.”
