“I bought size 10, label is size L, but it does fit. Hood is NOT detachable as stated, the fur on hood isn't as fluffy as shown on pic neither is it as thick as shown. Disappointed tbh. Contacted seller who did reply quickly but stated it was as advertised, which it deff is not.”

“I haven't received the jacket. When the advertisement said next day delivery ordered the jacket November before my daughters birthday which was 27 still haven't received it the tracking is terrible very disappointed and I'm still paying for it. It was ordered 27 November. How does that make sense”
