“Good service from staff and the experience did represent good value for money with the voucher. Nice lunch in the restaurant. Tratements were good - treatment rooms were very tired and and not of spa standard (stained ceilings, office style ceiling tiles,), changing facilities were not Elemis standard, more council swimming pool circa 1980 wouldnt return”
